Lynn worked as a professional stage manager in Montreal, Halifax, Toronto and across Canada. Over her career she stage managed many new Canadian works, musicals, dramas as well as national tours for various federal government departments. Lynn joined Equity’s staff in 1998 as a Business Representative specializing in the disciplines of opera, independent producers, apprentices and federal sector engagers. In 2005 she became Equity’s Communications Director responsible for communication with Equity’s members, outside organizations and the media. In this capacity she manages several projects every year, maintains Equity’s publications and documents, the Association’s website, and she is the executive editor of EQ – Equity’s member magazine.
