Canadian Theatre Agreement 2 (CTA 2)

A more in-depth exploration of clauses in the current CTA. How do you (as a Stage Manager) deal with being an employee? How do you figure out and document your daily hours for regular work, overtime and statuary holidays? How is your pay cheque calculated? What provincial employment rules apply in each province, in terms of overtime? During the session, we will look at actual examples of various workweek types, and where overtime does and doesn’t occur. You may find it most useful to be using examples of your own work weeks.
