Caroline Watters is currently the General Stage Manager of the touring production Crystal by Cirque du Soleil. She has been working for this company for 6 years, both in Las Vegas and touring internationally. Her previous credits for CDS include Zumanity, Varekai, and Toruk: The First Flight. Internationally she has travelled to over 50 countries including regions of Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, North America and the U.K. Prior to working for CDS her career was mostly musical theatre based with experience in both New York and Toronto. She obtained a BFA in Performance Production at Ryerson University and a MFA in Stage Management at Columbia University in New York. CDS provided the scale and complexity that she has desired for stage managing productions; her final Masters thesis covered all aspects of CDS Stage Management.
