Christine (she/her) is a stage manager based in Kjipuktuk/Halifax.
Over the past twenty five years she has worked on over 100 productions.
As an apprentice she attended the second ever SM Arts conference which sparked the career long desire to talk about the how and the why of what we do. She is thrilled to be participating in this year’s hybrid conference as an instructor.
Christine is one of the CAEA Apprentice Advisors, and is part of the working group Collective Noun of Stage Managers. She is also a production coach and stage management instructor at the Fountain School for Performing Art at Dalhousie University.
Christine is a graduate of the University of King’s College in Halifax and the National Theatre School of Canada, and has twice received the Merritt award for Best Stage Manager, most recently in 2014.
