Having worked at the Equity office for over three years, Dustyn is the “Business Rep Manager – Theatre Agreements” handling the CTA, ITA and Equity Second City Agreement at Canadian Actors’ Equity Association, working mainly with commercial and large-scale, site-specific and musical theatre. As a Stage Manager, Dustyn worked all over the country on musicals, TYA, rep and classical productions. He had the pleasure of working with such companies as Musical Stage Company, Theatre 20, YPT, Persephone, National Ballet of Canada and 7 seasons at Soulpepper. Dustyn became very involved with CAEA with the negotiation of the 2015-2018 CTA and will be returning to Stage Management in May of this year.
