Rick Banville
Director of Production and Operations, Burlington Centre for the Performing Arts
Rick Banville has been managing theatre production for over twenty-five years, working alongside some of Canada’s leading artists and companies while having the great fortune of touring theatre, opera, dance and music to Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Canada and the United States. Rick has managed the production departments for The Blyth Festival, Opera Atelier, The Stratford Summer Music Festival, Volcano, Bluewater Summer Playhouse, Opera Lyra Ottawa and Young People’s Theatre. Rick freelances on the occasional project, consults on others, and teaches Production Management at the National Theatre School of Canada. Rick is currently the Director of Production & Operations at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.
