S.M.Arts, now a not-for-profit organization, is entering its 21st year. It presents an annual 10-day Toronto conference as well a 4-day mini conference in a different city across Canada. Winston also founded a sister organization entitled P.M.Arts – Production Managing the Arts, which provides professional development for Production Managers across Canada.
