Touring! – time to take the show on the road?  What does it take? What is needed? How is this going to work? Let’s break it down… 

This course is a discussion about ins and outs of touring theatre and it’s ecosystem, with a focus on the stage manager’s role in prepping and executing a tour. Louisa Adamson, who is used to wearing an alphabet of hats (Director of Production, SM / PM / TD / Designer, Technician ), will walk us through the organization, preparation and execution of touring a show. She will share best practices, tips and tricks which she has picked up from over 25 years of travelling across North America and around the world.
